The Best Guide To Achieve Success Without Hard Work Or Smart Work

The oldest advice my parents gave me was to "work hard" but as time went on the successful ones among my friends who made it at a young age told me that to work hard is old fashioned so i should "work smart".Till this day nobody have been able to defined the phase "work smart", they will tell you that its the ability to use shortcuts or smart cuts to achieve success.

Well that's kind of lame because shortcuts and smart cuts is just an innovative way of working hard, but i put it to you that working hard doesn't guaranty success at all. Like i told you before working smart is equal to the modern innovative way of working hard, which means both working hard and working smart doesn't guaranty success

Now i know you're wondering what now guaranty success? Well it is working happy that does. We tend to forget that if you don't love the thing you're doing you are doing you will just be putting yourself through stress and you will just end up miserable.

“I think the foremost quality – there’s no success without it – is really loving what you do. If you love it, you do it well, and there’s no success if you don’t do well what you’re working at.” - Malcolm Forbes

Sincerely i use to hate my course and i had poor grades when ever my result was released, i was schooling just because my parents wanted me to until i realised that was wasting a valuable part of my life. I buckled up and started reading hard before the semester, a week to the exam i would have finished studying my books. After my result was released i did fairly better than before, i was shocked and it wasn't what i was expecting. The next semester i became smarter, i read my notes after each lecture and i note down key points. After my exams again the result was released and i was average, this time i was so so disappointed but i had this believe that i am getting it right.

The next semester i did the same thing and this time i aced some course very well and others were still average, what i discovered was the courses i was happy studying were the ones i aced and the ones i forced myself to study was the one with average scores.

Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life. - Confucius

You can't be happy doing something without looking for the beauty in it, i forced myself to see the beauty in those particular books that was what created the passion to read it. When you have passion for something you will be happy doing it and you will no longer see the hard work in it.
“You can only become truly accomplished at something you love. Don’t make money your goal. Instead pursue the things you love doing and then do them so well that people can’t take their eyes off of you.” - Maya Angelou
“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.” - Steve Jobs
“Never continue in a job you don’t enjoy. If you’re happy in what you’re doing, you’ll like yourself, you’ll have inner peace. And if you have that, along with physical health, you will have had more success than you could possibly have imagined.” Johnny Carson
